Account data: When you sign up, we create an anonymous account automatically (no email or name required). If you choose to add an email for notifications, we store that.

Task data: The tasks you create, their completion status, and your daily reflection notes. This is stored to sync across devices and calculate streaks/XP.

Health and behavioural data: Naggr collects the following health-related information to personalise your experience:

• ADHD status — whether you self-identify as having ADHD (Yes / No / Exploring). This is optional and used only to tailor app tone and coaching style.
• Mood logs — your daily mood rating and any blockers you report. Used to track wellbeing patterns and personalise check-ins.
• Overwhelm triggers — the situations you find overwhelming (e.g. too many steps, walls of text). Used to adapt how the app communicates with you.
• Weekly reflections — self-written notes about your week. Stored so you can review progress over time.

This health data is stored securely in our database, is never sold, and is never used for advertising. It is used exclusively to provide the Naggr service to you.

Usage data: General usage analytics (screens visited, features used) to understand how people use the app. This data is anonymized — we cannot link it to you personally.

Device data: Device type, OS version, and app version for bug fixing. A device fingerprint (iOS Vendor ID or Android ID) is stored to maintain your trial period across reinstalls and prevent abuse. This identifier is not shared with third parties.

AI conversation data: Your Brain Dump and coaching session inputs. These are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) and not stored long-term beyond your session.

Because Naggr is a mental and behavioural health app, we treat health-related data with extra care:

• Purpose limitation: Health data (ADHD status, mood logs, overwhelm triggers) is used only to personalise your Naggr experience. It is not used for research, sold to third parties, or shared with insurers, employers, or advertisers.
• Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.
• Minimisation: ADHD status and overwhelm triggers are optional. You can use the core app without providing them.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of all your data, including health data, at any time by emailing support@ameliorlabs.ca.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, or government ID. We do not track your location. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

To run the app: Sync your tasks, calculate your NagPet XP, and deliver AI coaching responses.

To improve the app: Anonymized analytics help us understand which features work and which don't.

To contact you (optional): If you provide an email, we may send re-engagement nudges or product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use the following services to operate Naggr:

• Supabase — database and authentication (servers in Canada/US)
• OpenAI (GPT-4) — AI coaching and Brain Dump processing
• RevenueCat — subscription management and payment processing
• PostHog — anonymized product analytics
• Sentry — crash reporting and error monitoring

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained longer.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at support@ameliorlabs.ca and we will respond within 14 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.

Naggr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email (if provided). Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
